A special corner / link for 21st Century education and education in Kosovo and around the world will be launched within QAPAs web page  and its fb page from 16th March 2020. In this corner - link we will publish in the form of SMALL EDUCATIO  PIECES , professional and scholarly writing, essays, studies, opinions, blogs, feedback, critiques, approaches and innovative ideas in the field of education, updating and training. Also at this corner / link will be presented the most advanced professional and scientific practices of developed and democratic countries which are characterized by advanced educational systems. The corner / link will be open to local and international public opinion. Also, the corner will be open to constructive criticism based on constructivist pedagogy / educology. Criticism and dissenting opinions in this regard will be most graciously welcomed because we consider criticism an asset or tool of foresight. The QAPA Code of Ethics makes us not tolerate and  not publish offensive words, personal denigrations, and because it is always possible to think differently, or to disagree or sound, constructive and argumentative criticism in a sympathetic and humane way. In the corner will be published important daily news in the field of education in Kosovo, Albanian living spaces, the region and the world.

Since in this corner / link at the epicenter will be the XXI st Century MAN, the answer to the question of who is and what is a XXIst Century man is compelled.

Our era is called the ERA OF SOCIETY OF THE KNOWLEDGE. It is called the SOCIETY OF KNOWLEDGE as it is the era of the creation and dissemination of CORPORATE KNOWLEDGE with which the organization draws from educated individuals whose lifelong learning. Now the developed and democratic states are on the verge of transitioning from the SOCIETY OF KNOWLEDGE to the CREATION, SCIENCE AND ART SOCIETY. Unfortunately, Kosovar society is not yet a knowledgeable society. For this reason, it is imperative that all education and training institutions develop STRATEGIC SUPPORTED AND GENERATED DEVELOPMENT AND ADVANCED STRATEGIC PROGRAMS to catch up with developed countries. WITH THIS CRISIS GENERATION PROGRAM / STRATEGY, THE KOSOVO INSTITUTIONS ARE INTRODUCED TO XXI CENTURY OR ECOLOGICAL INSTITUTIONS - ECO INSTITUTIONS, OR WITH HIGH PERFORMANCE ORGANIZATIONS - OPL.

 

In the 21st century educational institutions are formed the citizens of the XXIst century, who possess the following components:

  • Lifelong learning, producing new knowledge, and being non-violent;
  • Are capable of interacting with productivity and creativity in nature and in society;
  • Possess 12 Life Skills of the XXIst Century;
  • Are able to compete in the local, national and global labor market;
  • Possess the ability and speed to change himself and his environment - ontological acceleration,
  • Contribute to the development and advancement of the world's economy and positive peace "by thinking globally and acting locally

THAT ALL KOSOVO EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNTIL THE END OF 2025 TO BE INTRODUCED IN THE XXI CENTURY INSTITUTIONS IN WHICH IMPLEMENTED QUALIFICATION EDUCATION FOR EVERYONE IN KOSOVO TO BE EQUAL AND HAPPY.

WE KNOW AND CAN, SO WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN US AS WE ALL ARE ON THE SAME BOAT! KOSOVO EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IMMEDIATELY REQUIRES DEEP AND SPECIFIED CHANGES

 

 

Instead of the term pedagogy in the writings and papers of QAPA we will use the term educology as it is closer to the nature and spirit of the Albanian language. Founder of Critical Education / Pedagogy - Critical movement is the eminent Brazilian educator / educator PauloFreira (1921-1927), author of the work "Pedagogy of the oppressed".

Since our region is a region characterized by ethnic tensions, ultranationalism, xenophobia and numerous "isms", the first work to be published at this corner / link will be Peace Education

Hamozapiens is a homosapiens (rational person up to now) capable of fast, accurate and humane use of Information and Communication Technology - ICT, as well as Artificial Intelligence - AI.

It is the knowledge of individuals and organizations that teach / learn. These insights are important to both the individual and the organization. But the individuals who learn are not the ones who ensure and guarantee that even the organization - the institution learns, namely that the individuals who learn do not always make the organizations or institutions wise. The most important thing is that educated individuals who learn all the time know how to efficiently and effectively transfer knowledge to the organization as a whole so that other employees can also acquire the necessary knowledge so that the organizationto be productive and effective. Corporate knowledge is the knowledge of individuals that is efficiently and effectively transferred to other members of the organization and the institution, so that they can adopt and contribute to the organization becoming a HIGH PERFORMANCE ORGANIZATION, respectively WISE.
